trEd Warrior Training is a program based on developing the future artist for the challenging demands of a life of ministry in the arts. This is accomplished by providing a track for accelerated physical and spiritual growth. TWT ‹boot/camp› is a six-week intensive that will help equip the artist that desires to function in a full time capacity for trEd or other arts ministries.
Performance Training - trEd's unique approach to dance is based on rhythmic artistry, elite fitness, and raw athleticism. TWT ‹boot/camp› participants will display a range of performance strengths varying from dance and percussion to martial arts and acrobatics. Our daily classes will equip the artist to develop quickly in many disciplines as well as in strength and fitness levels. Daily classes vary, but will include modern and ballet dance technique, stage combat, boot camp, martial arts, acrobatics, circuit training, and strength training.
Spiritual Development - Each student will attend classes for spiritual development with a focus on personal growth and freedom. TWT ‹boot/camp› offers a focused track on inner healing with opportunities for one-on-one prayer and counseling sessions. Participants will also receive training in the areas of intercession and have exposure to house of prayer environment. Opportunities to express dance and music in the house of prayer will be available weekly.
Schedule - Warrior Training runs 5 days a week with 2 days off. The weekly scheduled is amended when ministry events or trips occur. The dates for the next TWT ‹boot/camp› Intensive (six weeks) will be announced soon.
Outreach - We are excited to announce that our 2019 TWT ‹boot/camp› will include an international missions outreach as part of the training! In partnership with YWAM San Diego/Baja, participants will travel to Ensenada, Mexico, for one week of ministry. This will likely include performing opportunities as well as other service related ministry. More details coming soon.
Cost - The tuition for TWT ‹boot/camp› is to be determined and covers housing, books, domestic and international outreach fees, and some of the weekly meals. Travel to/from Yuba City, remaining meals, and other personal costs are the responsibility of the participant. The number of participants is limited and based upon audition placement.
